Programming Announcement

Now that the open has finished we move into another phase of our training for the year. As most of you know we follow a yearly programming plan that is broken into six 5-10 week training blocks.

Phase 1 - Strength Building Bias Programming

Phase 2 - Olympic Lifting Biased Programming

Phase 3 - CrossFit Engine Biased Programming

Phase 4 - Mobility & Skill Biased Programming

Phase 5 - Core Strength Biased Programming

Phase 6 - Running Biased Programming

This upcoming week will be a bit of a transition and de-load week before we move into our mobility and skill biased programming.

Our focus will be on moving through full range of motion reps for all major lifts as well as training higher skilled movements.

We also plan on introducing everyone to some HYROX training programs as the weather permits.
