Our teens program runs from Monday to Friday at 330pm and Saturday at 9am. This strength and conditioning program is for all students in grades 7 through 11. Our focus with these young athletes is to build health and fitness, both physically and mentally, by creating habits and movement patterns they will carry with them from adolescence and into adulthood.
Our training builds skills and strength that can be applied to both individual and team sports. These athletes will start building speed, stamina, and endurance, all the while working on their mobility, agility, accuracy, balance, and coordination. As our adolescent athletes grow and mature both physically and mentally they will start building their power and strength.
Each class for our young athletes is led by a qualified instructor. Our aim each class here is to create an a positive environment within the group so that each athlete can succeed individually.
