Sunday’s life lesson.

Get lots of sleep. It is one of the best things you can do for your body.

CrossFit - 10am

In groups of 3 or 4

Spend 3 minutes at each station for 2 Rounds - 1 minute transition (37 minutes)

ME Sled Pushes (25m back and forth)

ME Tire Flips/D-Ball Cleans

ME Assault Bike/Ski Erg

ME Handstand Walk/Handstand Hold/etc.

ME Rope Climbs

Work together after a brief intro and warmup for the movements!
