Buy In: Accumulate 6000m of Rowing + Running (3000m each)
Partner A: Run 300m Partner B: Row 300m Partner C: Rest
When partner A comes in from the run partner C will take off on run and partner B will rest and partner A will row. You will do this for 10 rounds or until you accumulate 6000m combined.
In the remaining time:
30 Bar MU’s/60 Pullups or C2B or Ring Rows
60 DB Thrusters
Only one partner working at a time.
