This is just to get set up for the workout and figure out what weight you want to finish at.

30 Deadlifts (185/125) (135/95) (95/65)
30 Deadlifts (225/155) (155/105) (115/75)
30 Deadlifts (275/185) (165/115) (125/85)
ME Deadlifts (315/215) (185/125) (135/95)
12cal Row/Bike/Ski + 9 Burpees at the start of your 2 minute working period, before you do your deadlifts.
Partner A will start by doing a 12cal row and 9 burpees and then start chipping away at their deadlifts. Partner B will start at the 2 minute mark and do 12cals and 9 burpees and then continue on where partner A finished.
Be solid and efficient in your movement. Keep your back tight. Move well before moving heavy or fast.
