I may be biased, but I believe this gym has it all.

We have the most fantastic, supportive, humble, driven, community in the world, we have the most wonderful leaders in our members and our coaches who push everyone to be better, but are also compassionate to everyone’s individual needs on any given day. We also have the support to continue to grow our business and community and become something bigger than just ourselves. And right now at the moment we have the chance to witness two world class athletes in action. I was talking to Corrie Feehan about this the other day and because we see them everyday we almost may take them for granted, but it is not something we should look past, especially this weekend. We have all sorts of phenomenal athletes and people in our gym and right now two of them, Anikha and Mike get to show off 782 to the great CrossFit world.

Tomorrow evening we may need to make a couple of changes to the schedule as we have the two of them complete there Age Group Online Qualifier Workouts.

Skill/Strength Review

DB Hang Clean & Jerk x 3reps per arm x 3sets

We will work on moving an object from your hips to the shoulder and then overhead in a safe and effective manner.

Side Plank x 15-30secs x 2 sets per side

We will work some balance here giving you some variations for the side plank.

New Skills

Barbell Deadlift x 4reps x 3sets

We will look at picking another new object off the floor.

Lunges x 6reps x 3sets (3per leg)

We will look at balance here. This can be a half lunge as long as you are moving well.

Workout

4 complete sets or maximum 15 minutes of work

1min Row/Bike/Ski

6 Deadlifts

8 Lunges (4 per leg)

10 Pushups
