Hello all!

Hope you are enjoying your week and ready for a beauty of a weekend.

This summer we will be running our regular teens CrossFit classes, but we will also be offering summer camps for different age groups. These are two separate groups and the information will be posted in June for these groups.

For our adult classes we will be offering more am classes and some introductory sessions for the summer for anyone new to CrossFit or Athletics.
