Hello all!

Some more beauty weather on the horizon.

That means being outside as much as possible. Get in here and get after it.

This weekend we have CrossFit classes at 8/9/10/11 and then comp class 1. The 11 class is geared towards beginners as a CrossFit 101 class, but anyone can attend to get their workout in for the day. Special Olympics class at 12.

Plank to Wall Walk

Start in a plank and hang out there. If you feel comfortable try putting one foot or two feet up on the wall.

Deadlift x 5eps x 3sets

Using a barbell you can add some weight and build some strength here. Do this in between your wall walk attempts.
