Saturday we are back in the swing of things at CrossFit 782!

Classes at 8/9/10 and CrossFit 101 at 11 and Special Olympics PEI at 12 and then comp class at 1.

30 Bar MU’s/40 Pullups or Ring Rows - broken up anyway you want
