So you MAY have heard we had some big news today.

We will have the full details to you over the course of the weekend and a grand opening once have MayDay Mania 4.0 in the books. This will be a functional fitness facility with sport specific training classes going to be added as well. We will be going there for a few classes over the next few weeks as well as we get ready to launch our full schedule. For now tell all your friends as we get ready for our first ever trial class at 782 Athletics!

We will work on moving an object from your hips to the shoulder and then overhead in a safe and effective manner.

We will work some balance here giving you some variations for the side plank.
