This will be a functional fitness facility with sport specific training classes going to be added as well. We will be going there for a few classes over the next few weeks as well as we get ready to launch our full schedule. We will work on moving an object from your hips to the shoulder and then overhead in a safe and effective manner.
Side Plank x 15-30secs x 2 sets per side
We will work some balance here giving you some variations for the side plank.
