Hello all!

Happy Sunday. If you need to come in on Sunday to do the open workout come on in at 11 and do the open gym with or without a judge. We have class at 10 and then some team training at 12.

Strength

10mins to build a heavy 5rep Deadlift

Get some movement to the back of legs here after hitting the open workout.
