Start light on the barbell and work your way up. The work for the pullups and muscle ups is to get ready for the workout!
Conditioning
20min Partner AMRAP - alternate rounds
6 Thrusters (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
3 Bar MU’s/6 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows/3 Strict Pullups
