G'day. 

Reminder that tomorrow we have our class at 8am and then heading to the beach for 10am at Blooming Point for the beach WOD. Be there for 10 as workout is starting at 10:10. Similar to last beach WOD with a warmup workout and then two or more pieces depending on how we feel. We'll probably stick around there until about 1 or so depending on the weather playing spike ball, washer toss, etc. We'll be bringing a few beverages. Come one, come all.

  • 9 Burpees
  • 6 Shuttle Runs (across parking lot at gym)

Partner A goes through a full round, partner B goes, and then partner C does their full round.
