Good evening. 

Hope you are all well. And ready to get after it for another day. 

We are meeting at the beach at 10am on Saturday. Workout starts at exactly 10:10. Blooming Point Beach. If you aren't sure where that is find someone to meet at the gym and follow them out there. It is about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the beach so make sure you leave in lots of time.

For tomorrow we are going to send you through a few skills. We'll break down your pressing strength and how to work through those small muscles to get the most out of the safely. Build slowly, build strong. We'll get outside too and hit a few tire flips and then give you a chance to hit a few burpee broad jumps. 

Conditioning

  • ME Strict HSPU/10 DB Strict Press/15 Pushups
  • 50' Burpee Broad Jump 
  • 5 Tire Flips or DBall Cleans
  • 300m Run

Rest 2mins

A test of some strength here with some grunt work in between. Really be focused on those strict handstand pushups.
