Strength

Snatch

To warm up we will have you working on your snatch for about 15 minutes. This means building up in weight to something that you can do in the workout. When the weight is light you may want to play around with your positions and then as it gets heavy you can hit a few singles. If you are uncomfortable with the snatch you can hit some power snatches, but if you are comfortable with the snatch you can hit a full snatch. Here is a complex to play around with once you do a few drills to warmup. 

  • Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS

You can just choose pieces of this as well to get yourself warmed up.

    10:00 - 16:00
  • 500m Run
  • ME Snatch (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (55/35lbs)

A little running and then a little lifting under fatigue.
