Back Rack Forward Lunges

12 minutes to hit 3sets of 6 reps building in weight. After warming up for these hit 3 solid working sets building in weight each working set. 

Conditioning

3 Rounds - 10min Time Cap

  • 15 T2B/Leg Raises/Knee Tucks/MB Situps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 50' DB OH Walking Lunge
