G'day. 

Hope you are all well mid week. 

Sun is still shining and you are all still smiling. Even with burpees, running, and skipping!!

No watering hole Wednesday planned yet, but we will keep you updated for the evening. 

Other than that no real news, except another beach WOD this Saturday with class at 8am at the gym and then beach WOD for all those that want to come at 10am. Site to be determined.

Odd Object Movement. 

Moving with a few different objects here. Some weightlifting without your typical weights. 

Conditioning

  • 150' DB OH Walking Lunge (6 lengths of the soft mats)
  • 50 WBS
  • 50 DB Snatch
  • 200m Farmers' Carry (8 lengths of the building)
