We are going to work here primarily on your technique with the snatch. We will make sure you move well before diving into the workout.

In teams of 4 

  • 30 Squat Snatches (Pair A) (155/110lbs) (115/85lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 30 Squat Snatches (Pair B) (155/110lbs) (115/85lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 200 DU's/600 SU's (as a group)
  • 30 Squat Cleans (Pair A) (155/110lbs) (115/85lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 30 Squat Cleans (Pair B) (155/110lbs) (115/85lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 200 DU's/600 SU's (as a group)

This is a workout from the D-Town Throwdown coming up at the end of August. If need be we can do this in pairs and adjust the rep schemes accordingly.
