T2B Progressions

We'll work you through some T2B progressions leading into the workout. 

Take some time to work your static positions, like L Sits and strict T2B before working on the kip and the progressions from knee tucks to leg raises to T2B. 

Conditioning

  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 30 T2B/Leg Raises/Knee Tucks
  • 40 American KBS
