Hello there Monday. 

Hope you are all doing well and staying steadfast in spite of all this rain. Think of what it is doing to all those crops the farmers have just planted. This will be our last week of our regular schedule and next week our schedule will change a bit for the summer. Workout times for the Canada Day weekend will be posted soon. 

Strength

High Skilled Gymnastics

Pullups - C2B + Box Pushups - Handstand Pushups

We'll be working these two movements as they related to the workout. For some people it will be all about efficiency and for others it will be all about building strength. 

Conditioning

25min AMRAP

Rest 2 minutes b/w rounds

  • 200m Run
  • 5/10/15/20... HSPU/Box Pushups/Pushups
  • 200m Run
  • 5/10/15/20... C2B/Pullups/Ring Rows

The numbers related to each round. For the first round you will hit 5 reps for each of your gymnastics movements. For the second round you will hit 10 reps of each movement and will move forward like that through each round, going up by 5 reps each time. Push the pace for the first couple of rounds and then find a good pace you can work at so you can be efficient in your movements.
