G'day. 

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and you are ready to get back at it this week at 782. Last week of school for these teachers out there and then we get into real summer vacation!

Nice little test of fitness today with some fun on the rower and then some efficiency work with your dumbbells and jump rope before working on that shoulder stability. 

Strength

15mins to build to a heavy snatch double 

Try to make these snatches squat snatches if possible. If not we can work on your power snatch and then with some lighter weight you can work on your overhead squat. When the weight is lighter you can string together your reps, but as the weight gets heavier you can drop the weight between sets. 

Conditioning

8min AMRAP

  • 4 Snatches (b/w 70-85% of your finishing lift)
  • 8 Burpees over the Bar

Now time to express some of that strength under fatigue.
