Dumbbell Work

Practice the following movements on both arms to get ready for the workout: These are all done with just one dumbbell.

  • DB Snatch

  • DB Thruster

  • DB Hang Clean & Jerk

We are going to practice a few different movements here getting set for the workout.

Conditioning

25min Partner AMRAP

Alt. Movements with partner

  • 10 DB Snatches (alt. arms)

  • 10 Box Jump Overs

  • 10 DB Thrusters (5 each arm)

  • 10 V-Snaps

  • 10 DB Clean & Jerks (5 each arm)

  • 10 Burpees
