Hello, Hello!

Hockey game is booked and it is on for Saturday, December 22nd at 930pm. Going to be $10/person and any extra we’ll use for some fun after the game.

That should start our Christmas Break off the right way and we’ll probably go out afterwards so come one, come all to watch the game and cheer everyone on!

For the month of December we’ll be continuing on with some Olympic Lifting and doing lots of good conditioning like we hit today!

Strength

T2B Progressions

We’ll get you up on the bar and hit a few different progressions from everything to strict toes to bar to Lsits.

Dumbbell Snatches

We’ll work here on your overhead squats and snatches and then mix these two in together for the forever loved dumbbell squat snatch.

Conditioning

5mins on - 5mins off x 2 rounds

  • 10 DB Squat Snatches (alt.)

  • 10 T2B/Leg Raises/Knee Tucks/MB Situps

  • 25 UB DU’s/50 SU’s/30secs DU practice

Get after it here with this workout. A little skill and strength work on your weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.

Olympic Lifting - 630pm

1. Warm-up: 5x high hang clean + hang clean + clean + 3 jerks

2. OTM15: 2* clean pull + clean @ 75%+

3. OTM15: clean pull + clean + front squat + jerk at 65%+

4. 3 sets of power clean + 3* front squats @ 75% of clean 1RM
