Good Sunday to you all!

Hope you are all enjoying the weekend and getting yourself set up for the week. Take the weekend to reset mentally and physically and if that includes training get yourself in here to have some fun with everyone.

Build up to a moderate set of 5 leading into the workout. Focus on form here and using those hamstrings to get the bar moving.
