On Saturday come one, come all to our 11am class. We are going to have photos done of the class for our website so if you want to be part of that please come by!

We’ll also be having photos taken throughout lunch and early afternoon of that day as well.

Our website will be revamped over the next couple of weeks.

  • HSPU/Box Pushups/DB Strict Press

  • Power Cleans (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs) (75/55lbs)

For the weight it should be something you can cycle through for all the rounds at least up to 8. Same goes for the handstand pushup progressions.

Use the first few rounds to really warm yourself up and then move well from there.

Alternate rounds as in Partner A does 2 hspu/2 cleans and then partner B does 2hspu/2 cleans and so on and so forth.
