Strength

OH DB Lunge - 2 Dumbbells

We are going to set you up with a couple of dumbbells and get you moving.

After practicing 25’ increments for 5-10 minutes we’ll hit this EMOM.

12min E2MOM

  • 50’ OH DB Lunge + ME L Sit Hold (up to 20 seconds)

    (25’ with your right arm overhead and then 25’ with your left arm overhead)

The way this works is at the start of the 0 minute mark you will walk 25’ down with your dumbbell up overhead and your other dumbbell on your other shoulder in the front rack position. On the way back for you other 25’ you will switch this. Get on to the bar and hit a L Sit hold. At the 2 minute mark you will hit this again.

  • 12 Situps

  • 16 Jumping Lunges
