Hope you all took the day to rest and relax and just have a wonderful storm day!

We have 6 people just recently graduate fundamentals from our 782 plan and they will be jumping into our classes over the next week. If you see any new faces be super fake and friendly like I know you all are and make sure they feel welcome in the gym. (In case you don't think I am funny, I am completely joking... I know none of you are friendly).

We are switching gears into our open prep now. That means lighter weights, more lung burning, increased time domains in our conditioning, and a lot of just grit your teeth and build that physical strength, but more importantly, build that mental strength with each rep you complete.

We also have our men's change room floors redone and the ladies will be redone within the next couple of weeks.

Well here we go.
