Hello Hello!

Another benchmark workout completed. If you are into this kind of thing keep track of your numbers and we'll be comparing them at some point when we test these workouts again. This is the season for benchmark workouts. 

Leading up to the open keep your intensity high and be smart with your body. Rest when it needs to rest, not when your mind wants to rest. 

Reminder for all those participating in the Sport & Social League, get your funds into me before this Thursday. We have our first game at Immanuel Christian School at 7pm! Be there!

Strength

WBS & T2B Efficiency

As we have been doing we have some work on efficiency in a couple of movements and then a nice solid test of a workout to follow. Keep the volume low during the strength part so you can go hard during the workout. 

Conditioning

2 rounds for time

  • 50 WBS
  • 25 T2B or Knee Tucks or MB Situps

Go hard on this one. Hang on to that ball as long as possible and when you do drop it pick it right back up again. Pace yourself on the T2Bs as you need to.
