G'day!

Hope you are staying warm on this cold weekend. Open prep has been going fantastic over the first week. Make sure you are scheduling your training accordingly with how your body is feeling. 

On Sundays we'll be programming our own open style workouts. That means open movements we have seen in the past and in time frames we have seen in the past. Also on Sundays if there are workouts you have missed over the past week and want to hit those use Sundays as your chance to make up a workout. 

See you all there at 10am for class and from 11 to 1 for open gym!

Strength

Pullup Progressions

  • Strict
  • Kipping
  • Butterfly

We'll work each style depending on where you are with your progressions. Work some strict banded pullups if that is where you are now or some kipping or butterfly if that is where you are now. Move with efficiency no matter where you are with this movement. 

Conditioning

  • 48 DU's or 144 SU's or 1min DU practice
  • 24cal Row
  • 12 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows

Some engine and grip work.
