Open season and you all have been kicking it up a notch. Make sure you are listening to your body when it comes to training. Our strength and power components have gone down, but you are putting in a tremendous amount of volume. Make sure you are listening to your body and getting your rest days or active recovery days in.

Four Rounds for Time
- 100' OH Walking Lunge (45/35lbs) (35/25lbs) (25/10lbs)
- 30 Box Jumps (24''/20")
- 20 WBS
- 10 HSPU or Pushups
Time to rise and grind. Find a place and go there during the workout. Don't think about the rounds ahead, but just one rep, one movement at a time. Any hero workout is going to test you mentally and this is no different. Stay focused and complete the work. For those new to CrossFit we'll have a 20 minute time cap and monitoring your work capacity accordingly.
