What a sweet week so far with all our open prep! 

If the body is feeling sore this week make sure you are using the proper weights for what we want you to do. This is the time of season we want the weights to be light and we want you moving the bar and your body. Rest as needed and make sure you are getting lots of rest. 

This weekend we'll be in the gym Saturday for another trial class at 12 and then we'll have our first regular Sunday classes in a while. 10am class and then 11 to 1 open gym.

Clean & Jerk Efficiency - T2B Progressions

We'll be working through these two movements to make sure you are able to move fluidly with the barbell and on the bar.

  • Clean & Jerks (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • T2B or Knee Tucks

A classic CrossFit workout and classic couplet from the open. Moving efficiently will definitely save your grip in this one. Keep the bar moving fast and don't get caught hanging from the bar for too long.
