Hello all! 

Been quite the few weeks here at 782. New members. Teens classes just crushing workouts. Everyone just being themselves and being as awesome as always!

Have a few more weeks to keep getting after it leading up to the open. If you have any questions at any point about the open and how it works let us know. Same goes for the programming and in general what we do in here day in and day out. 

We are going to be hosting a open house/mini competition on Saturday, February 11 from 2-4. Stayed tuned for details to follow. Event will likely be posted up tomorrow. 

Strength

Handstand Positioning

  • Wall Walk
  • Handstand Hold
  • Freestanding Handstand (with partners)
  • Handstand Walking

Depending on what progression you are with these we'll get you all warmed up and get you moving where you need to be. 

Conditioning

15min AMRAP

  • 20' Handstand Walk or 15sec Handstand Hold or 15sec Wall Walk Hold
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 American KBS

Some solid work to be done here. First time handstand walking in our new space. Use the soft mats to soften the blow on any falls and spread yourselves out.
