Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend. There will be one workout on Monday at 10:00 as it is a holiday. Since it is "Labour Day", it will be a partner workout

Sunday's workout will be:

1K Row followed by

2 rounds of

  • 25 Walking Lunge Steps
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 25 Wall Ball Shots

Start with a good pace on the row but not too fast. You won't win this workout on the row but you could lose it there ... ;)
