Let's do this!

Another partner Friday workout coming at you! 

Some more strength work to finish off the week and then some good fun. 

Remember: to get registered. Can't wait to see this all go down!



  • 5 reps @ 75%
  • 3 reps @ 85%
  • ME reps @ 95%

Belt up for this if you would want to. Anything above 90% we want you to be safe and still move some big weight. 

We'll be taking 15 to hit these reps. 


3 rounds for Max reps - 60secs on: 60secs off

  • Bar Muscle Ups/C2B/Pullups or C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • Rowing for Cals
  • T2B/Knee Tucks + Situps

Fun little workout to play around with after our deadlifts. For the 1st minute partner A will do as many reps as possible of their pulling motion (BMU's, C2B, Pullups, Ring Rows) and then partner B will do as many reps as possible of their pulling motion. The next minute you will do your rowing and then for the final minute you will do a combination for T2B/Knee Tucks and situps. During that minute do you 30secs of T2B and then 30 secs of situps to continue on that core work. You could also do a max effort set of T2B and then get into your situps.
