Final day of week one for our strength cycle. 

Time to lift some heavy ass weight off the ground. Deadlifts!

Beauty little lung burner for you all today. Can't wait to test that one out sometime next week. 

For the 6am crew I'll be heading out right at 7 and my bodyguard crew, Gary and Carol, will be locking up. 

Strength

Deadlift 

  • 5 reps @ 75%
  • 5 reps @ 80%
  • ME reps @ 85%

Hit a few sets to warmup. Nothing crazy for volume, but something to make sure your back and hamstrings are ready to lift this weight. 

Conditioning

Partner - 3 rounds each for time - alt. rounds

  • 4 Shuttle Runs 
  • 8 Russian KBS
  • 4 Shuttle Runs
  • 8 T2B/Knee Tucks/MB Situps
  • 4 Shuttle Runs

Little core and cardio after our deadlifts to make sure everything stays strong going forward. Don't need to touch hand to ground each time.
