- ME reps at 85%
Our work on the strict press went extremely well today so we'll how we move through everything tomorrow with the back squats. The rep and percentage sequence is the exact same. You may need a couple more sets to warmup before hitting your 3 sets, but don't get into too much volume before getting after your ME set.

Choose your weight and get after this simple, but extremely effective piece of conditioning. Two movements. Don't have to move super fast to make this one hurt, but move with virtuosity on every single rep. Stand tall on each and every rep and in your mind break this into smaller sets.
