G'day fella 782ers. 

Fantastics work today on your snatches. Everyone just getting after it with your form and speed. Weight is moving and people moving better with each and every rep. 

Hope you are all ready for a bit more work tomorrow. Bit of skill work and some grinding coming up for you to crush. 

Strength

Handstand Walking Progressions

Handstand Pushup Progressions

We'll take 10 minutes after the warmup to get through these movements. You will be looking to push the limits of your comfort zone during these first ten minutes so you can set yourself up for the workout that is to follow. 

Conditioning

10min AMRAP

  • 25ft Handstand Walk or 50ft Bear Crawl + 15sec Handstand Hold
  • 10 WBS
  • 5 Burpees

Rest 10 minutes

10min AMRAP

  • 10 WBS
  • 10 HSPU or Box HSPU or Pushups
  • 5 Burpees

Some straight grinding here with a bit of skill work in each amrap. Lots of time to rest between each workout so make sure you are giving it your all and not saving anything for later. Good chance to see how you recover between workouts.
