We'll take 10-15 minutes to work on our form and warmup for these movements. We'll have you dive into the rope climbs as well if you would like and work on different types of techniques for this movement. 

Conditoning

3min AMRAP x 5sets - 1 min rest b/w

  • 1 Legless Rope Climb or 3 Strict Pullups
  • 9 Plate G2OH
  • 18 UB DU's or 60 UB SU's
