Another week just flying by here at 782! 

Been a nice little week of technical work, tough little conditioning pieces, and everyone put their best into each and every rep.

Strength

T2B - Knee Tucks

We'll take 5-10 minutes after the warmup to discuss this tough little movement for our core and how it will look in the workout. 

Conditioning

20min AMRAP

  • 250m Run
  • 15 T2B
  • 25m Sled Pull
  • 15cal Row
  • 25 Situps

Those damn sled pulls are back! Little shorter this time and right in the middle of a workout. Lots of work to do each round so pace yourself accordingly and move with ease between each movement. Pace out the run, be solid in your movement on the T2Bs, keep that sled moving on the sled pulls, pace the row, and just grind through the situps. Move with purpose and find a steady pace for the workout.
