Few things we want to update you for the weekend. 

  • Come out to Moncton to watch your athletes from CrossFit 782 compete!
  • Friday evening we will have one class at 430pm. The class will be an hour and a half long if you need to come out and do any mobility to get yourself ready for the competition on Saturday or if you will be a bit late
  • For Saturday schedule is on as always, but we will have our classes outdoors on the grassed area with some running of course. 
  • For Sunday because it is a comp weekend we will have one class at 10 as per our usual schedule

Strength

Strict Pullup Progressions

  • Power Clean Technique & Efficiency

Work on these two movements prior to the workout. If you are working on those strict pullups put some good volume in here. 

Conditioning

5 rounds - rest 2 minutes between each round - for total time

  • 3 Strict Pullups or 6 Ring Rows (use band/partner for pullups if you want)
  • 9 Power Cleans (155/105lbs) (115/75lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 30 DU's or 90 SU's or 1 min DU practice
