Few cleans today. 

Can't wait to get after it with you all tomorrow before heading off to join a few other folks at the CBMF! As well want to say to Anne, Kelly, and Holly, hello and wish you all the best of luck at the Tough Mudder this weekend! Ladies getting out and having some fun and proving their fitness!

No big announcements this week other than to get ready for our beach WOD planned for August 6th out at Tracadie Beach. 

Strength

Cleans

Just straight up cleans. This means squat cleans if you have them. After our solid warmup we'll take 10 minutes to work on some form and build in some weight.

  • 400m Run
  • 10 Cleans
  • 200m Run
  • 5 Cleans

Rain is suppose to hold off tomorrow so get your running shoes out!
