Hi there!

Time for another big week here at 782. Hope you all enjoyed the sunshine on the weekend and were able to get outdoors and be active. Best part of training is being able to use that fitness outdoors and in real life each and everyday. 

No other big news at the moment. Will see you all very soon!

Strength

Back Squats x 3reps x 5sets

We'll take a good 20 minutes to let you hit these heavy sets. No set domain or numbers still so just build in weight as you feel comfortable and push those boundaries with spotters to make sure things are looking good. 

Conditioning

  • 150m Run
  • 10 Thrusters (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs) (55/35lbs)

Go hard. Go fast. From the very beginning. And hold on for dear life near the end. But don't hold your breathe!
