G'day, g'day. 

Weekend is here! Time to have some fun and by fun I mean train hard at CrossFit 782 and then go enjoy the weekend that we are so lucky to have here on PEI. 

After that phenomenal workout today we are going to be in here and getting a bit more technical. You all crushed those sled pulls and farmers' carries. Super inspirational. 

Strength

Power Snatch 

Bar efficiency will be worked on for this movement. We'll take 10 minutes after the warmup and work on building in weight and more importantly, building on technique. 

Pullups/C2B/Ring Rows

We'll also take 10 minutes before getting into the workout to get into some pullup and ring row work. If you have pullups, work on efficiency and if you don't have pullups, work on your strength in those pulls on the bar with a band/partner. 

Conditioning

9min AMRAP

  • 3 Power Snatch (165/110lbs) (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 9 C2B/Pullups/Ring Rows

Bring on some technical work today! Move with efficiency here. Move smart and maintain a steady pace throughout each round of this workout. The better your technique is on each movement here the more you are going to have left in the tank at the end of the workout to finish strong.
