Been a busy week here at 782. People have been getting after it as always and always coming back for more. Lots of new faces around the gym as well so make sure you are saying hello to anyone you may not know and getting them involved in all the action around the gym!

Weekend coming up here soon. Hope you are all ready for some work before you head out for all your fun. Rain should hold off and we should be able to get in this awesome bit of training. 

Strength

Sled Pulls & Farmers' Carries

We'll take the warmup to get the equipment moved out that we need to for the workout (sleds, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells) and we'll get set up on the grass behind the blue barn out front. Moving directly from the warmup we'll test out some weights on the sled pulls and we'll test out a few different options for the farmers' carries. 

I honestly love this type of training more than anything else so super excited to get back out here and do some badass grunt work. 

Conditioning

Partners on the Farm

10 rounds total for time - alternating rounds w/ partner

  • 250m Run
  • 1 Length Farmers' Carry 
  • 10 Burpees
  • 1 Length Sled Pull

The length is to be determined by how nice you are to me between now and 6am tomorrow morning because once we set it for the 6am class it is set for the day. After learning the ins and outs of the sled pull we'll put it to good work in this beautiful little workout. Some great interval training in here as well so go hard each round and let your partner get some work in as well.
