G'day!

Another beauty week here at 782. 

Few people just finishing up fundamentals. If you see them around the gym make sure you say hello and welcome them with open arms. Or a high five. I'm fine with either!

Going to be doing some training myself at 9am if anyone wants to join. Will just be there for an hour. 

Strength

Ring Rows & Power Snatches

We'll talk about both movements and give you time to set up and practice technique before the workout. 

Conditioning

20min AMRAP

  • 7 Ring Rows (Challenge yourself)
  • 14 Power Snatches (75/55lbs) (55/35lbs) (45/25lbs)
  • 21 MB Situps
  • 40 DU's or 120 SU's or 1min DU practice

Today we had a bunch of skill practice with the handstand walking and the pistols, but tomorrow is going to be all about go. Just go. Breathe and pace yourself, but just put that grind work in for the day. 

We'll bring the rings down and you may need to share them, but make sure you challenge yourself with the scale on these. Great foundational strength. Light snatches, but still move efficiently.
