What we have in store for you tomorrow is going to test your capacity. Can you move and can you keep moving. 

Strength

Running - Mental Strength

It's the little things in this sport that count and we want to talk a bit about running and having that strong mental game on point because that can you so far in this sport. 

Conditioning

  • 20 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 400m Run
  • 20 Push Press (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 800m Run
  • 20 Push Press 
  • 400m Run
  • 20 Bar Facing Burpees

If not tomorrow (maybe a rest day) than I will be testing this WOD out myself sometime this week. Looks spicy.
