I'm away from the gym most of the weekend for the Michael Fowlie Memorial Golf Tournament up in Cavendish and staying at the Gables in Stanley Bridge. If you are around that area keep your head up for us!

- 10sec Bar L Sit Hold (w/ partner if necesssary)
- 15 Strict Situps
5 rounds - rest 1 minute after each round
- 8 Burpees
- 8 T2B
- 20 DU's or 60 SU's
