Time for another bit of training!

Strength

Pullups or Muscle Up Work 

Active Hangs & Kipping practice for everyone

If you want strict pullups:

  • Banded or Partner Pullups x 3reps x 5sets
  • Active Hold with chin over bar x 10secs x 3sets

Take your time through these sets to make sure they are all good reps. These small gains will help us build towards our big goals 

If you have strict pullups

  • Strict Pullups x 3-5reps x 2sets
  • Muscle Up Transition x 2reps x 2sets
  • Muscle Ups x 3-5reps x 3sets or C2B x 3-5reps x 3sets

Take your time again to hit good quality reps. 

Conditioning

3 rounds

  • 15 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 25 Box Jump Overs

Pace yourself as needed for this.
