Front Squat Technique & Front Rack Progressions - 4reps x 4sets
These sets are done from the rack, but aren't really meant to build strength, but mostly for technique work and to really hone in on that front rack position.
4min AMRAP x 3 rounds - 2min rest between rounds
- 4 Front Squats (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 8 Bar Facing Burpees
- 12 MB V Snaps or V Snaps
Heavy front squats, some of your favourite burpees, and a little core work. Get at it.
