To all you teachers out there, Congrats!!!!!

Coupla more days at school and then time to hit the gym or the beach or both. Gonna be a beauty summer at 782!

As well congrats to our very own Lori Cheverie who finishes school and her residency tomorrow!

Plan for Friday, Canada Day, is to have one class in the morning at a time to be determined. As well sign up for golf via Facebook and get in on our tee times.

Excited for this one. Some technique work all the way through. Take lots of time during the strength/skill portion to work at the edges of your comfort zone before zoning in on the workout.
